7-18-2000- The Day I Survived My Close Head Injury- BMX- Woodward Camp- (20 Years Later!)-
Celebrating being alive today.
20 years ago today on 7-18-2000 at Woodward Camp in Pennsylvania I fell on my BMX bike off of a ramp 9 feet straight to my head with a helmet on and my brain internally bled the size of a nickel. I was air lifted out of the camp and came VERY CLOSE to death, but what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger! Every year this day I remember that this life is to be celebrated while we still have it.
